I get messages from people around the world every day, and while each individual has a unique set of circumstances, there are a few reoccurring themes:

What is “Active Healing” and can it help me?

In less than two weeks I excitedly get on plane to start another tour: Active Healing. Three weeks of teaching about Sacred Geometry, Kabbalah, Mandalas, DNA Activation and Crystals. You have heard me use these terms a billion times, but if you have never worked with them, you may be asking yourself,

This is probably the most powerful empowerment I provide. I could write pages and pages about all the changes that happen when you have your DNA activated and send you many real-life stories. Mandalas for Healing and Growth

Think back to the joy of opening up a coloring book, choosing the first crayon, and filling in between the lines. In this workshop, we are going to go back to that time and use simple mandalas to explore your unconscious self. The famous psychiatrist, C. Jung, once said:

I had to abandon the idea of the superordinate position of the ego. … I saw that everything, all paths I had been following, all steps I had taken, were leading back to a single point — namely, to the mid-point. It became increasingly plain to me that the mandala is the centre. It is the exponent of all paths. It is the path to the centre, to individuation.
… I knew that in finding the mandala as an expression of the self I had attained what was for me the ultimate.

We will explore a great variety of mandalas, create and color them and discuss how to use them to work through problems, discover your deepest secrets and heal old wounds. Each shape and color has a meaning that can be interpreted and expressed, giving you another tool to actively create harmony in your life. Dust off your old crayons and coloring pencils and come prepared to color your world!

Practical Kabbalah

One of the most common questions I get is, “What is Kabbalah?” I will admit that given the many layers to this all encompassing knowledge, my answer is different every time. Instead of creating a pre-packaged, one-size fits all approach, I try to tailor the answer to the needs of the seeker. If you are a visual person, I will talk about how each archetype of energy in the Universe has a specific image with which you can experience its power. If you like angels, we can go into an in-depth conversations about the roles of each choir and archangel. If you prefer a more psychological study, let’s discuss the role of the lower and higher ego in the development of man. What if you are a religious scholar that wants to talk about the books of the bible? We can cover that, too. You see, the Kabbalah covers the physical to the spiritual, and everything in between. Activating Tools for Co-Creation

With 2011 in full swing, it has become obvious that this is a year of action and creation… not just for me, but for everyone. The crystal grids we are activating in our homes and offices are buzzing with activity. The most common feedback I hear from clients recently is that once they set their intention and consciously dedicate their physical space, the phone is ringing off the hook with new opportunities. Each story brings a broad smile and outpouring of love for the work we co-create.

So with that in mind, let’s talk about what we are creating! Soon I get on a plane back to the US for more classes. In the mean time, I am busily fitting in clients and students for empowerments, private consultations and classes. While many think of meditation as a silent, stationary exercise, there are also ways to practice active meditation. Any activity can become a form of self-examination, allowing you to reach deeper levels of consciousness and insight. An added benefit is that meditation in motion can be integrated easily into the hustle and bustle of daily life, therefore transforming housework or the walk from the car to the store into an opportunity for reflection and growth.

I want to take a quick second to thank the close friends by my side as we crossed into this new year. All roads have their challenges, and sometimes they shake us to the very core, but when you are on the path that is right for you, you allow youself to freely experience all that comes, because you know that only by giving in can you learn, heal and grow. As a good friend recently said to me:

I don’t think happiness is just one thing, but rather has a double-nature. It’s a reaction to individual life events as well as a more general way of seeing… by virtue of the way in which I carry myself, the method by which I deal with those around me, and the values I live my life by, I can withdraw to a deeper place within and charge myself with the reserve of general warmth and joy I keep there. That reserve is the only form of sustaining happiness indefinitely that I can think of. It has to be generated from within, and comes from a deep well of love that must be carefully tended by constant attention. This is what might be called by some the “life of the soul”.

Mid-January and 2011 is already shaping up to be an incredible year in surprising ways. As you know, I usually teach full day classes chock-full of information, but the feedback seems to be that bite-sized morsels of hands-on activities are better. If that’s what you want, then that is what I am going to give you!!

In Barcelona, I am offering weekly workshops on working with crystals, manadals, Kabbalah and more. For two hours, you can roll up your sleeves and actively learn a new tool for your Spiritual Toolbox. If you are not able to make it to Barcelona, I have a few goodies just for you:

Half-Price Wednesday! Every Wednesday in January (and probably February), all Empowerments are 50% off, no matter where you are in the world. DNA Activation, Energy Balancing, Purifucation and Cleansing can all be done at a distance.

Is there such a thing as a real friend?

I used to think I had many friends, but lately I am not so sure those are real friends. I don’t hear from them for months and then when something goes wrong in their lives, they call me and I bend over backwards to help, but when I call them with a problem or just to say hi, they either don’t respond or are too busy to talk. Do real friends really exists and how do I get some of them?

Inspirations from Binah:

The definition of “real” in friendship is as fluid as a running stream. Each person will have their definition, one just as valid as the other. What you seek is a balanced friendship where your definitions match, and that will require you to know what is important to you and act accordingly.

Before releasing any of your existing relationships, you should make a list of what friendship looks like to you. Spend an evening alone watching movies that represent friendship. You can watch just your favorite parts or the whole film, what is most important is to write down all the behavior and feelings you want in your own friendships.

Take this list and over at least three days expand on it based on your interactions with friends. Did you leave anything out? Are there things that are more important than others? Remember that you can only control your own behavior, therefore focus your energy on how you want to act and feel in the relationship.

On the following Tuesday, set aside some time for deep meditation. Prepare your sacred space, call in your Higher Self and create a red sphere of light around you. Have your list before you and a clean page where you can write more. Within the red sphere, ask yourself what blocks or attachments are holding you back from creating the types of friendships you want. Explore why you keep attracting unbalanced relationships – what do you need to learn or release in order to attract healthy, balanced friendships? Record all that you receive.

With this information in hand, you can work on what you need in order to heal these patterns. This may take time and require external help, for there may be several layers to work through. For each item on the list, when you are ready to release it, on a Thursday sit in your sacred space with your Higher Self and feel a blue cube around you. Breath in the blue radiant light, filling you as if you were a crystal vessel. Shine this light out from within you in every direction, extending beyond the walls of the cube in shades of blue and green. Thank the pattern for its service and feel it transmute into pure energy that fuels your healing.

Repeat this process as often as necessary in order to remove obstacles and patterns that keep you from finding “real” friendship. With each transformation, consciously ask to only attract relationships that are healthy for you. Let slip the friendships that no longer serve and nurture the new ones that blossom. Soon you will have a full garden!
