Spiritual Tools for Sustainable Happiness

My body is buzzing with all the energy coursing through it.  One would think that after three weeks of non-stop teaching and consultations I would be tired, but instead I am energized!  My plane landed in Europe yesterday morning and by the afternoon I was replying to consultation and online class requests.  It feels like this tour opened a portal to a new dimension of healing, sharing and knowledge, and for that, there are many people to thank.

I must begin, as usual, with my mother who continues to be a great source of wisdom and support.  She inspires me to be the best ME I can be.

In Augusta, Georgia, Margaret Blomgren and her Spiritual Meetup group created an environment of deep learning and sharing with their incredible southern hospitality.  I have no doubt that I will be back!

My production team of Barbara Rivero, Jerry Carter and Jim Sweet has been busy with a whole set of goodies that will be unveiled when the time is right.  I can’t wait for you to see it!

Without Chere Friedman, my hair would be a mess.  Her expert skills and organic hair care has taken me from frizz to fabulous!

The Metaphysical Chapel of S. Florida and Jamar Enlightenment Center bring light to Wilton Manors and Palm Beach Gardens, respectively.  It was a privilege to teach there.  May your doors always be open and your classes full!

Priscilla Urra went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed in our Miami Active Healing classes.  It would be a pleasure to work with you again.

21 febrero 2011 - 21 February 2011If I had to sum up this Active Healing tour in one word, it would be INVIGORATING!  There is no doubt that the world is undergoing a deep awakening.  People are ready to integrate ancient and modern wisdom, the seen and the unseen.  It is a time when we reach beyond the current models and seek our individual paths to find health, happiness and love.

Last night, only a few hours after my return, I led the monthly Barcelona Kabbalah Study Group through some emotional waters. We walked out cleansed and I realized that all paths lead to the heart center of unconditional beauty.  It is through love that we heal the wounds of the past and find sustainable happiness at the physical, emotional and spiritual levels.

I open my doors to each of you and vow to share the Spiritual Tools I have acquired any way I can.  This month, I will begin new online Kabbalah and Sacred Geometry study groups.  If you would like to join a class, contact me with the classes you would like to take and your time zone.  I will be scheduling classes during the week at various times of the day to accommodate as many people as possible.

Week 1 of Active Healing tour – INSPIRING

February 22, 2011

How quickly the week goes!  I am constantly amazed at how much can be done, without stress or heartache, when your energy is focused and tuned.  Guided by my Higher Self, I have navigated around traffic jams and experienced new adventures.  Every time I return to S. Florida I see the growth and awakening.  I am sure that there are many people that think it is slow going, but from my perspective (which has the benefit of being able to see it against other cities), there has been an incredible amount of movement in a short time.

In one week alone, I participated in an incredibly successful NewLife Expo (thanks to the generous support of Blue Cobalt and Hildegar Soler, with a helping hand from Tania Abdul), experienced a drum circle on the beach, was showered with sound healing at Altered Space, and taught Kabbalah at the Metaphysical Chapel of S. Florida which holds services in a Jewish Center.  These are not the kinds of things you can do in just one week in most places!  I bow low and give many humble thanks to all that have shared their energy with me.  Super excited about what the next week will bring!!

16 febrero 2011 - 16 February 2011I am sitting here looking out at a clear blue sky over the tops of palm and magnolia trees cresting over homes and powerlines.  Yep… powerlines.  That’s what you get when you live in a sprawling city. In many ways, S. Florida has the right idea: incorporate nature into the landscape as much as possible.  The trees feeds city life and provides constant energy filtration.  If only more cities would incorporate nature into their designs, I think people would be much happier.

Inside the home… well, there we still need some work.  Orgonites, Sungit rock, Obsidian minerals… tools to counteract the bombardment of electro-magnetic disturbances that affect us.  Using crystals and sacred geometry, you can create energy grids that protect your family and generate defined energies.  Whether you want regenerative healing while  you sleep or to create an environment where you can productively complete all those projects you think up, with the tools you will acquire this weekend in S. Practical Kabbalah

One of the most common questions I get is, “What is Kabbalah?”  I will admit that given the many layers to this all encompassing knowledge, my answer is different every time.  Instead of creating a pre-packaged, one-size fits all approach, I try to tailor the answer to the needs of the seeker.  If you are a visual person, I will talk about how each archetype of energy in the Universe has a specific image with which you can experience its power.  If you like angels, we can go into an in-depth  conversations about the roles of each choir and archangel.  If you prefer a more psychological study, let’s discuss the role of the lower and higher ego in the development of man.  What if you are a religious scholar that wants to talk about the books of the bible?  We can cover that, too.  You see, the Kabbalah covers the physical to the spiritual, and everything in between.  In this talk, we will discuss your questions about Kabbalah and how to use this knowledge “to receive” what you need then integrate into daily life.

Activating Tools for Co-Creation

With 2011 in full swing, it has become obvious that this is a year of action and creation… not just for me, but for everyone. The crystal grids we are activating in our homes and offices are buzzing with activity. The most common feedback I hear from clients recently is that once they set their intention and consciously dedicate their physical space, the phone is ringing off the hook with new opportunities. Each story brings a broad smile and outpouring of love for the work we co-create.

So with that in mind, let’s talk about what we are creating! Soon I get on a plane back to the US for more classes. In the mean time, I am busily fitting in clients and students for empowerments, private consultations and classes. I am extending my Half-Price Wednesdays through February, so if you are interested in activating your world, there is no better time than now!

Spiritual Lounge

 

I want to take a quick second to thank the close friends by my side as we crossed into this new year. All roads have their challenges, and sometimes they shake us to the very core, but when you are on the path that is right for you, you allow youself to freely experience all that comes, because you know that only by giving in can you learn, heal and grow. As a good friend recently said to me:

I don’t think happiness is just one thing, but rather has a double-nature. It’s a reaction to individual life events as well as a more general way of seeing… by virtue of the way in which I carry myself, the method by which I deal with those around me, and the values I live my life by, I can withdraw to a deeper place within and charge myself with the reserve of general warmth and joy I keep there. That reserve is the only form of sustaining happiness indefinitely that I can think of. It has to be generated from within, and comes from a deep well of love that must be carefully tended by constant attention. This is what might be called by some the “life of the soul”.

Online Workshops, Half-Price Empowerments -Service Around the World

Mid-January and 2011 is already shaping up to be an incredible year in surprising ways.  As you know, I usually teach full day classes chock-full of information, but the feedback seems to be that bite-sized morsels of hands-on activities are better.  If that’s what you want, then that is what I am going to give you!!

In Barcelona, I am offering weekly workshops on working with crystals, manadals, Kabbalah and more.  For two hours, you can roll up your sleeves and actively learn a new tool for your Spiritual Toolbox.  If you are not able to make it to Barcelona, I have a few goodies just for you:

  • Half-Price Wednesday! Every Wednesday in January (and probably February), all Empowerments are 50% off, no matter where you are in the world.  DNA Activation, Energy Balancing, Purifucation and Cleansing can all be done at a distance.
  • One-on-One workshops and classes offered via video-conferencing!  If you see a class on my schedule that you want to take, request it online. (I am still traveling constantly, so if you prefer a class in person, I would be happy to work with you to organize a tour.)
  • Online study groups starting in 2011.  I have several requests for monthly Kabbalah and Sacred Geometry study groups.  If you are interested in meeting for two hours every month to deepen your knowledge on either of these subjects, let me know so I can notify you when we begin.

Is there such a thing as a real friend?

I used to think I had many friends, but lately I am not so sure those are real friends.  I don’t hear from them for months and then when something goes wrong in their lives, they call me and I bend over backwards to help, but when I call them with a problem or just to say hi, they either don’t respond or are too busy to talk.  Do real friends really exists and how do I get some of them?

 

Inspirations from Binah:

The definition of “real” in friendship is as fluid as a running stream.  Each person will have their definition, one just as valid as the other.  What you seek is a balanced friendship where your definitions match, and that will require you to know what is important to you and act accordingly.

Before releasing any of your existing relationships, you should make a list of what friendship looks like to you.  Spend an evening alone watching movies that represent friendship.  You can watch just your favorite parts or the whole film, what is most important is to write down all the behavior and feelings you want in your own friendships.

Take this list and over at least three days expand on it based on your interactions with friends.  Did you leave anything out?  Are there things that are more important than others?  Remember that you can only control your own behavior, therefore focus your energy on how you want to act and feel in the relationship.

On the following Tuesday, set aside some time for deep meditation.  Prepare your sacred space, call in your Higher Self and create a red sphere of light around you.  Have your list before you and a clean page where you can write more.  Within the red sphere, ask yourself what blocks or attachments are holding you back from creating the types of friendships you want.  Explore why you keep attracting unbalanced relationships – what do you need to learn or release in order to attract healthy, balanced friendships?  Record all that you receive.

With this information in hand, you can work on what you need in order to heal these patterns.  This may take time and require external help, for there may be several layers to work through.  For each item on the list, when you are ready to release it, on a Thursday sit in your sacred space with your Higher Self and feel a blue cube around you.  Breath in the blue radiant light, filling you as if you were a crystal vessel.  Shine this light out from within you in every direction, extending beyond the walls of the cube in shades of blue and green.  Thank the pattern for its service and feel it transmute into pure energy that fuels your healing.

Repeat this process as often as necessary in order to remove obstacles and patterns that keep you from finding “real” friendship.  With each transformation, consciously ask to only attract relationships that are healthy for you.  Let slip the friendships that no longer serve and nurture the new ones that blossom.  Soon you will have a full garden!
