How do I protect myself from energies that are affecting my health?

January 30, 2011

From  Ulysses:

I would like to know about protecting myself from negative energies, there are some brutal ones in my direct family wishing me to fail in my work. Any thoughts on this would be very welcome, mostly because of health issues as I had an operation this year on some cancerous growths, and I am concerned that the negative projections may have been affecting my health.

Inspirations from Binah:

When our homes are being influenced by strong energies that go against our own, our bodies and all that we create are affected.  Our natural tendency is to want to protect ourselves.  When we know the source of this activity, we become a reflection, feeding off the negativity and sending it right back.  Unfortunately, this ends up causing double the damage since now you are hurt and passing that hurt on to others.

Instead of taking in any of these energies, the goal is to purify them before they can further damage your body through disease or become additional fuel for the pain of others.  Your best protection is to be a filter that automatically transmutes from negative to positive, creating a field of energy that benefits all.  With a little training, you can radiate healing light, helping yourself and your family at the same time.

For those energies that have already made it within your field, the time has come for you to draw them out.  With the growths removed by modern medicine, it is the perfect time to activate your body’s natural healing to eradicate any remaining disease.  Use the crystal Amber to imbue your body with vitality and cleanse any remaining cancer .  This powerful stone resonates with your organs to strengthen their defenses and stimulate a curative state, promoting tissue revitalization.

“Amber also cleans the environment and the chakras.  It absorbs negative energies and transmutes them into positive forces that stimulate the body to heal itself… Its warm, bright energies translate into a sunny, spontaneous disposition that nevertheless respects tradition.” -Judy Hall

Emotionally, Amber encourages peacefulness and develops trust, making it an excellent stone to wear for prolonged periods of time, especially in the presence of your family or when working.  Wear it as a necklace or bracelet or near the area where the growths manifested.  Its flexibility dissolves opposition and promotes altruism.  Given that you know the strength it is working to clear, purify your Amber frequently, especially when you first start working with it.

In addition to the Amber, learn to become a natural filter of negative energy.  Visualize yourself in the center of a giant lotus flower with the petals up around you.  Each petal is an individual filter, cleaning the air before it reaches your body.  Like a finely tuned filtration device, negative energy comes into the system and by the time it gets to the center, into your direct field, it is positive and filled with pure love.  This light is now used by you and sent back out to all those that surround you in the form of radiating light.  The Amber will help you with this transmutation.

While at first you will have to consciously think about this device you have created, eventually it will become an automatic part of what you do.  Anywhere you go, you can use the negative energy people release without thought and turn into a positive energy that fuels your work and play.  Soon, you will realize that no matter where you are, even if you are in the middle of the most hurtful people in the world, you can create an environment of unconditional love through your lotus flower, not only healing yourself, but healing those around you as well.

What is in my cupboard?

October 14, 2010

From Victoria:

I am really trying to find out information on this thing that showed up on my cupboard. I can’t find anyone who can tell me anything about this, so I thought maybe you would know.

Being in Victoria's Cupboard

Inspirations from Binah:

There are many types of mythical creatures that exist to assist man. Creating a positive relationship with a specific being is essential to getting its help. If you nurture it, just like you would any friendship, s/he will answer your call in times of need.

Your friend appears to be a turtle. Carrying their homes on their back, turtles teach us to always be at home in the world. They are a symbol of Mother Nature and remind us that she provides for all our needs. When issues arise, it is easy to get caught in the drama and not see the forest for the trees. A turtle reveals the need to slow down and look for the opportunities amongst the chaos.

Your reptilian friend is telling you to connect with the Earth and be aware. In some cultures, turtles represent protection through non-violent means and the ability to respect our own boundaries as well as that of others. It may be time to put on a thick emotional shell, and look to see if there is negativity lurking around you. This would be a subtle energy, like someone undermining your feelings or putting you down.

In your spiritual work, you should ask yourself what you are avoiding or not allowing yourself to see. Is there something you are being told, but not really hearing? Are you accepting what is before you? Your turtle friend is telling you that it is time to pay attention and act accordingly!

If this powerful totem animal remains in your cupboard, take care of him. You can create a little altar for him there or designate another part of your home where his energy can reside. Remember that this is a creature of the Earth, so stones, foliage, and other grounding items are appropriate. Welcome him into your family and he will continue to guide you on your journey.

What can I put in my new house?

September 30, 2010

From Adelina:

Soon I will be moving into my new house. Right now, it is under construction and only has a frame. My partner has several health issues and we’ve had problems with robbers in past houses. I was wondering if there is anything I can put in the house to help protect us or keep us healthy. Thank you for your time and answer.

Inspirations from Binah:

This is the perfect time in your housing process to think about what you can do to ensure the health and protection of your family. Given that your home is still under construction, there are various options for symbols, sigils and/or objects that can be integrated within your foundation, walls, and even roof, showering you with a constant stream of positively tuned energy.

Before you do anything physical, you need to research what types of energy modalities you want to work with. Grids can be created for health, protection, and/or manifestation – the latter providing a boost of project completion energy in your home offices and workrooms.

There are many energy conductors to choose from, including Reiki, Sacred Geometry, Mandalas, Pyramids, Angels, Crystals, and beyond. Once you have identified the modalities, you will need to choose the symbols or objects that represent the energy you wish to permanently have in your home. Make it simple, finding specific symbols that connect with the energy of your family. For example, clear quartz crystals are amplifiers of energy that can be programmed for many needs. Placing crystals in sacred geometric configurations within the foundation of a room will create a grid that can be tuned using an external generator crystal, or cluster of crystals. This gives you flexibility in what you tune the grid for.

With your symbols in hand, now comes the creative part, how you want to embed these symbols in your home. If you don’t want anyone seeing them, you can easily put them into the concrete floor or behind dry wall. Many of the greatest buildings in the world have sacred objects placed under rock to ensure that the building is always protected. You can also create decorative looking art with these symbols/sigils/objects to be set into the walls and floors. If you are a Reiki practitioner, the “Cho Ku Ray” can be drawn or made out of ceramic and placed within the walls of your bedroom to infuse the room with a constant flow of healing energy. Creating the symbol out of a healing crystal, such as amethyst, will amplify its power.

There should be one grid placed across the entire house with individually tuned grids placed in each room. Your family room, usually a place of gathering and where electronics are house, would be an ideal location for a protection grid that includes orgonites to mitigate harmful electromagnetic radiation and keep both family and possessions safe.

This answer could probably go on for pages with examples of different grid patterns and what to put in them. Ultimately, you have two options:
1. Gather your family together and within a sacred ceremony with your guides, plan out what you want to do for each room and the entire home.
2. Bring someone in that can provide options and meditate with your family and guides the creation and execution of your plan.

Placing the objects in their final resting places should be done in a sacred ritual. The house should be cleansed, the objects tuned and ceremoniously placed according to their intention. Like turning on a light switch, you will feel a significant energy shift when all the grids are fully activated. Though it is most common to grid just the home, for a large property, you can also create a protection grid out to the four corners.

If you need more help determining what type of grid is best for you, feel free to send in another question or contact me directly. You have a amazing opportunity to do something now that will benefit your family, and anyone that enters your home, for years to come. It is a beautiful gift.

I feel things, but I don’t know what to do

June 23, 2010

From ifeanyi:

I do have dreams every night I sleep but the interpretation is always hard 4 me some times. plz do help me. again I can sense things before they happen, even know what other people have in mind with discussions. I feel them, but I don’t know how to go about it. Help me, I am seriously in need of your help.

Inspirations from Binah:

Being sensitive to the world around can be overwhelming at times. Every step outside your protected space feels like an attack of emotions, sights and sounds. Often times, while you feel something strongly, because it originated from another, you don’t understand its meaning. It is in these times when it is most important to filter out that which is not for you. Not everything you feel must be understood, instead you want to learn how to strip away the layers of noise to find the message of light.

Begin by consciously creating a circle of light around you before going outside. Make it only big enough to cover your body so as not to expend more energy than necessary. Within this bubble, set your intention to only allow in that which directly relates to you. Envision a giant filter that catches all the confusion and leaves only the crystal clear communication. Write down what you receive in all its forms, including drawings, sensations, sounds, smells, and so forth. Committing it to paper aids remembrance and allows you to capture emotions without the necessity of understanding. While your notes may not make sense at first, over time you will begin to see the patterns. As you acquire more knowledge, the patterns will fall into place, filling you with comprehension where before there was none.

This same technique will work with your dreams. Before going to sleep, set your intention to remember your nightly travels. Again, release your worry about understanding, your first step is only to snatch the imagery and convert it into this realm. Every few days, read through what you wrote, putting the pieces together like a giant jigsaw puzzle. Repeating this process will add to your skillset and soon you will discover that what was once shrouded in shadows is now as clear as a summer day.
