How can I develop my intuition?

July 27, 2010

From Cindy:

Since I was little, there are things I know. I can’t explain how, I just get a feeling about something or someone. The problem is, I have no idea how to focus it, it just comes and goes when it wants to. Is there a way to develop this intuition so I can use it constructively?

Inspirations from Binah:

We all have the capacity to reach beyond the veil and receive messages from the Universe. Through our pineal gland, we build bridges between the spiritual and physical worlds, downloading information at a constant rate. Yet much of this knowledge is in a format that is not yet understood by our Earthly minds, so it is locked away in our subconscious until we discover the keys to its meaning.

The development of intuition is a two part process. First we receive, then we process it until Understanding is reached. As such, in order to fully develop your intuition, you must recognize how it is coming through and the language it is in. Go into mediation and ask your Higher Self the language of the signs. Be open to the response, knowing that it may be something you have never heard of before. The beings of the Universe may speak to you in sacred geometry, colors, animals, herbs, runes, and so forth. While you may have different languages coming at you at once, choose one to learn at this time.

Now that you have identified the language, begin your formal study. Read about it, take courses, ask friends… explore every avenue to learning its vocabulary. When in doubt, ask your Higher Self to provide guidance. S/he may recommend something in the physical world, such as a specific book or class, or may introduce you to a spiritual master for lessons.

Next identify your preferred retrieval method. Are you clairvoyant -recognizing imagery; clairaudient -hearing conversations and sounds; clairsentient -getting a feeling or sense? You may be all of these or none, instead feeling the energy through the chakras or five senses of the soul. However many you use, pick one to develop first.

As your language dictionary grows, direct your attention to the source of these transmissions, creating exercises that open your receptor sites. Sit in the physical silence and set your intention to only receive through this one sense. With practice, your aptitude will grow, enhancing the physical senses you have already mastered. With each new retrieval method and language you learn, you strengthen your connection to Source, thus using your intuition consciously.

I feel things, but I don’t know what to do

June 23, 2010

From ifeanyi:

I do have dreams every night I sleep but the interpretation is always hard 4 me some times. plz do help me. again I can sense things before they happen, even know what other people have in mind with discussions. I feel them, but I don’t know how to go about it. Help me, I am seriously in need of your help.

Inspirations from Binah:

Being sensitive to the world around can be overwhelming at times. Every step outside your protected space feels like an attack of emotions, sights and sounds. Often times, while you feel something strongly, because it originated from another, you don’t understand its meaning. It is in these times when it is most important to filter out that which is not for you. Not everything you feel must be understood, instead you want to learn how to strip away the layers of noise to find the message of light.

Begin by consciously creating a circle of light around you before going outside. Make it only big enough to cover your body so as not to expend more energy than necessary. Within this bubble, set your intention to only allow in that which directly relates to you. Envision a giant filter that catches all the confusion and leaves only the crystal clear communication. Write down what you receive in all its forms, including drawings, sensations, sounds, smells, and so forth. Committing it to paper aids remembrance and allows you to capture emotions without the necessity of understanding. While your notes may not make sense at first, over time you will begin to see the patterns. As you acquire more knowledge, the patterns will fall into place, filling you with comprehension where before there was none.

This same technique will work with your dreams. Before going to sleep, set your intention to remember your nightly travels. Again, release your worry about understanding, your first step is only to snatch the imagery and convert it into this realm. Every few days, read through what you wrote, putting the pieces together like a giant jigsaw puzzle. Repeating this process will add to your skillset and soon you will discover that what was once shrouded in shadows is now as clear as a summer day.

Interpreting Sacred Geometry

May 25, 2010

From Ana:

Could you please help me with the meaning of something that I’ve seen twice?
Three triangles vertically ordered and every one had a blue edge and the inside was pink, on top of the first triangle was a white circle that was shinning and all figures were descending until they disappeared.  (I saw these figures at the outside bathroom’s door and lasted for aprox. 4 minutes)

The last thing I saw was a blue circle and inside was pink. (I saw it close to the bathroom, this figure did not move) This event happened a few days ago.  When these events happened I asked my husband so that he can see it, but he couldn’t see a thing.

I hope you can help me with this, I am been feeling out of my mind by seeing those geometrical figures

Thank you

Inspirations from Binah:

The sacred geometry you see is a personal message for you. Triangles represent the connection to Spirit. On the macro level, they are a direct connection to Source, shinning light on the divinity of the situation. On a micro level, they are about the global issue or idea. They point you toward thinking of a problem at is highest level. The first circle can be a grounding force, directing the energy of source into the world of the physical. The final circle can be the completion of a cycle, which is also a new beginning.

Colors also have several meanings. White is the color of crowned purity and absolute compassion. It is both full disclosure and anonymity, given that there are things beyond our level of knowing. Blue brings in the power of mercy and universal sharing. It is the primary spark that inspires action through loving kindness. Pink moves through a journey from strength to source. It reminds us that all discernment must be reviewed against what is in the highest and best good.

Three brings the great mother of understanding. It is a sacred number dealing with ideals and ideas. It pushes us to fully explore until we master comprehension.

While each geometry has a basic meaning, only you can put together the individual pieces. Take this information into your personal space and feel what it means to you. Allow yourself to explore through writing, drawing, speaking or any other activity that empowers you to flow without reason. In time, the meaning will become clear and you will feel the depth of wisdom’s journey.

How do I develop my personal oracling?

February 8, 2010

From Susan:

Will I be reunited with past love?

From Tiffany:

What’s this year gonna bring me?

Inspirations from Binah:

Personal oracling is a talent each of us process, we have only to learn how to develop it. There are many ways it can be cultivated including the use of objects such as Tarot or Runes, meditative study, astral travel, dreams and more.

To begin, take some time and write down all the ways you receive messages today. Allow yourself to think about both physical and non-physical senses. Include in your list mechanisms that may not be fully developed yet, but you feel are receiving. For example, many people know they dream, but do not retain their dreams. The knowledge that the dreams are happening means they should be added to the list because remembrance and interpretation can be developed over time.

Once you have your list, choose one method to master. Set aside time every day to consciously work with this talent – nurturing it, playing with it, making the process fun. Read books or webpages, seek out teachers or just sit in meditative study with this ability. Begin with only an intention to receive, then slowly progress to understanding, spending ample time in each step so as to capture all that is possible. Over time, you will find confidence in your work and instead of asking others for information, you will discover that you were being given the answers all along.

What could be holding me back from seeing the spirit world?

January 13, 2010

From Yvonne:

I feel a powerful latent connection to the spirit world but I feel like something specific is holding from opening that part of my psyche. I don’t know what exactly it is but it has something to do with fear. Perhaps because of the experiences I had as a child or perhaps because of experiences from a past lifetime. I feel fear in the dark like there is something there but I can’t see or clearly sense it. I want to communicate with spirits. I know that part of my work on this planet in this lifetime is shamanic in nature but I have to break through this huge blocking wall. :) 1(:

Inspirations from Binah:

To begin, it is important to define the word “spirits”. Television and movies have given us a narrow view of how to commune with the spirit world. It is often depicted as the souls of the dead, rather than the broad world of elementals, guides, angels, etc. that reside outside of our corporeal existence. For many, the world of the dead should be left to those who feel a specific calling to work with these souls as they cross over to their next resting place. And while those that were once human in our world should be avoided unless you are there to help them, the rest of the spirit world remains open for us to explore, as long as we feel confident navigating the waters.

The blocking wall preventing you from opening your psyche to the realms you desire may be there for a reason. Its existence is telling you that you are not ready to fully open yourself to what lies beyond the veil. To prepare, it is important that you understand who you can trust and how to protect yourself in case you encounter some negative force. Just as in this world we have people we want to be friends with and those that we should avoid, the same exists beyond the veil. Through your partnership with your Higher Self and your intention, you can confidently navigate the spirit world, all you have to do is learn how.

Start by working on your connection to your Higher Self. This part of you will become your compass and ensure your safety on the other side. Bath yourself in the Light and allow your Higher Self to reveal the cracks in your wall, giving you access as you are ready. Remember that if you encounter anything that feels negative, send it to the Light immediately, for it is better to be safe when traversing the veil. Let your spiritual sense guide you and slowly, but surely, you will find light where before was only blackness.
