The activity continues at Eternal Light Energy headquarters!! Thank you for all the beautiful comments about the videos on Youtube. They were extremely fun to create – high praise to New World Video for a stupendous experience. I enjoy being in Europe this time of year. In August, many cities fall into a giant slumber as the natives flee on their month long vacations. It is an ideal time to explore, since the streets are quiet and many shops are closed. Nature beckons, and I have become well acquainted with Mother Gaia’s luscious mountains and undulating seas. Soon the gentle giant will wake and I travel back to N. America filled with new lessons to share. The months of September and October are going to be filled with new adventures in the three Cs: classes, conferences and consultations…

June and July bring many new and unexpected gifts this year. With each day, I learn that patience is one of the most beautiful traits we humans possess. It allows us to look at any given situation and dedicate the time needed to decipher the lessons and find the path to be taken. As a naturally impatient person, I am humbled by the many teachers that have so elegantly (and at necessary times, harshly) presented this lesson and patiently waited for me to see the Light. As I sit before my computer busily writing what the Universe has so distinctly told me must be put to paper, I eagerly share my work with you through many mediums. I begin with my upcoming classes in S. Florida. For this visit, I not only expand my offerings to include a new DNA meditation and a talk on Practical Kabbalah, I also travel farther north giving classes in Palm Beach Gardens in addition to Miami.
Moving into a new medium, I enthusiastically remind you to vote for me to have my OWN television show. Just in case you missed my previous message, I have entered the Oprah Winfrey “Search for the Next Star – Your OWN Show” contest. Only the 5 contestants with the highest number of votes will make it to the next round. The passage above was written at the very beginning of my journey. I knew there was an unseen world, but I had neither the tools nor knowledge to find it. Once I declared to the Universe that I was ready to receive, my first of many guides stepped into my life. When people ask me why I teach, the answer only requires a reading of that passage. I teach because I want to offer you what I was offered so long ago. I provide personalized services because each of us has a unique journey and so often “One Size” does not fit all. I speak and write to let you know that you are not alone and provide strength to seek what you need. In short, I do what I do because I am in Service. Can you control Astral Projection?

My name is Botan, and I am from “Kurdistan” which is north of Iraq. I started to read about Astral Projection about 2 year. I tried to find some one to give some advice on this topic in Iraq, but I couldn’t find any, even no body knows about this topic in my country.
what I want is how to control Astral Projection? Do you think that i can do it or control it ? what is your suggestion for me? but please i want your answer. i mean do not tell me to read other books, because i read about 10 books about it.
I tried to do it before but i was not successful, when i wanted to get out from my physical body, something where pulling me back in to my physical body.
I feel there is some thing prevent me from doing it, but i don’t know what it is?
I have thousands of questions, but i think i might get some answers for them from you.

Astral Travel is a subject that comes up often. It is a powerful tool to gain new insight into the world beyond our veil. You can read previous advice on this topic here.
As for your question on control, the answer is simply yes. Traveling the astral plane is something everyone has the ability to do, all that is needed is to learn a technique. Intentionally setting a destination before you begin is part of the process and will ensure a successful journey. The only limitation to accomplishing your travels is your own fear, for it is fear that pulls you back into your body. This fear is understandable and why it is recommended to learn directly from a teacher. Your teacher can provide a safe environment, instruct you on how to protect yourself and source the energy to allow you to shed all your hesitations.
Connect with a teacher that offers a method for learning that works for you. There are several out there, all you have to do is ask.
