An Energy Boost Brings you MORE

As a writer, I am constantly looking for the perfect words to express my emotions, but sometimes… they just don’t exist. The amount of beauty I have seen in the last two weeks fuels my faith that we *are* changing the world — one step at a time. I won’t deny that we are still on the uphill side of the battleground, but we are fighting hard and making a difference. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for constantly pushing yourself to be better than you were the day before! It reminds me of my favorite quote:

Our lives are the books people read.

By the way we live and the words we speak, we cannot stop setting an example.

In May, Eternal Light Energy announced an international search for artwork and poetry for my upcoming book, Your Spiritual Toolbox, Guide to Practical Spirituality. Almost daily, new art and poetry came in. Each piece expressed the artist’s passion. Your Spiritual Toolbox has been a co-creation since the very beginning. Each tool was inspired by a question submitted to Inspirations from Binah, and now every poem and illustration comes directly from your creative mind. It has been an incredibly inspiring experience to read through Your Spiritual Toolbox and match spiritual tool to work of art.

Thanks to you, the manuscript is complete and is being submitted to various publishers. Please send abundant manifestation energy so that the perfect publisher sees the importance of presenting this collaborative and inspirational work to the world!

With the book complete, I am moving into a new level of teaching and writing. Monthly study group classes in Sacred Geometry and Kabbalah constantly have me searching for new lessons. I have been studying architecture, physiology and history to gain a greater understanding of how to best create spiritual tools to flow directed energy. Between this new-found energy and my recent trip to Damanhur, I find my sleep patterns altered to include more work in dream time in less hours. ~~ Energy Explosion! ~~

One of the marvelous consequences of this energy boost has been more sharing through Inspirations from Binah and the Practical Spirituality Fanpage on topics like:

A Green Message for St. Patrick’s Day

The Power and Energy of the color Green

We wear green on St. Patrick’s Day in the United States, but in Ireland, Green is part of the colors of the flag; green symbolizes the Catholic portion of Ireland, Orange Symbolizes the protestant, and white represents the color of peace between the factions. Green is more than a color for this holiday however, it is a powerful energetic color and using it, in clothes or placing it around your home, can bring in changes associated with its energy. Below is a little Practical Spiritual about the color Green -its energy and significance. When you put on your green the 17th, think about more than just celebrating Ireland on St. Patrick’s Day, imagine the ways you would like to celebrate Green in your life!

Green is the color of nature, fertility, life. It helps balance your emotional psyche pushing you to find harmony between the tangible and intangible, striving for equilibrium between what you want and want you need.

An incredibly healing color, green is wonderful to wear when you need to flow through your emotions and find peace. Green bedrooms feel safe and encourage rest. It is the color of learning. It promotes a sense of well-being and self-respect through continuous emotional growth and healing. Green revitalizes your life-force energy by connecting Mother Nature directly to that part of you that feels without thought.

On the physical side, green was believed to be very healing for the eyes, hair, kidneys and complexion. Egyptians wore green eyeliner. Raw green foods maintain our continued good health. Green juices are wonderful to clean out the toxins that often run through our bodies.

Friday is the day of green. It brings us power in relationships, creativity in the arts and idealism.

Green Energy

Green contains the powerful energies of nature, growth, desire to expand or increase. Balance and a sense of natural order are found in the color green. Change and transformation is necessary for growth, and so this ability to sustain changes is also a part of the energy of green.

Green Crystals

In crystals, such as jade, green is often is associated with the heart chakra and increases love and nurturing. Green stones promote hope and give personal insights. They can be mental healers, as in a green calcite, dissolving rigid beliefs and restoring balance in the mind. You can carry, wear or place green crystals around your home. The extraterrestrial moldavite can be used for fertility, while green jasper is wonderful for flowing through obsession and cleaning out toxicity.

Put some green in your life when you:

want a new state of emotional balance
feel a need for personal change or growth
seek the freedom to pursue new ideas
need protection from fears and anxieties connected with the demands of others

When you drink something green this St. Patrick’s day, visualize the green liquid connecting you to Mother Gaia and awakening your feelings of harmony and happiness.

What is “Active Healing” and can it help me?

In less than two weeks I excitedly get on plane to start another tour: Active Healing. Three weeks of teaching about Sacred Geometry, Kabbalah, Mandalas, DNA Activation and Crystals. You have heard me use these terms a billion times, but if you have never worked with them, you may be asking yourself,

If you know me, you know I am not big on theory for the sake of theory. I believe in practical tools that you can use to accomplish what you want. Awaken your Dormant DNA

Mandalas for Healing and Growth

Think back to the joy of opening up a coloring book, choosing the first crayon, and filling in between the lines. In this workshop, we are going to go back to that time and use simple mandalas to explore your unconscious self. The famous psychiatrist, C. Jung, once said:

I had to abandon the idea of the superordinate position of the ego. … I saw that everything, all paths I had been following, all steps I had taken, were leading back to a single point — namely, to the mid-point. It became increasingly plain to me that the mandala is the centre. It is the exponent of all paths. It is the path to the centre, to individuation.
… I knew that in finding the mandala as an expression of the self I had attained what was for me the ultimate.

We will explore a great variety of mandalas, create and color them and discuss how to use them to work through problems, discover your deepest secrets and heal old wounds. Each shape and color has a meaning that can be interpreted and expressed, giving you another tool to actively create harmony in your life. Practical Kabbalah

One of the most common questions I get is, “What is Kabbalah?” I will admit that given the many layers to this all encompassing knowledge, my answer is different every time. Instead of creating a pre-packaged, one-size fits all approach, I try to tailor the answer to the needs of the seeker. If you are a visual person, I will talk about how each archetype of energy in the Universe has a specific image with which you can experience its power. Activating Tools for Co-Creation

With 2011 in full swing, it has become obvious that this is a year of action and creation… not just for me, but for everyone. The crystal grids we are activating in our homes and offices are buzzing with activity. The most common feedback I hear from clients recently is that once they set their intention and consciously dedicate their physical space, the phone is ringing off the hook with new opportunities. Each story brings a broad smile and outpouring of love for the work we co-create.

So with that in mind, let’s talk about what we are creating! Soon I get on a plane back to the US for more classes. In the mean time, I am busily fitting in clients and students for empowerments, private consultations and classes. While many think of meditation as a silent, stationary exercise, there are also ways to practice active meditation. Any activity can become a form of self-examination, allowing you to reach deeper levels of consciousness and insight. An added benefit is that meditation in motion can be integrated easily into the hustle and bustle of daily life, therefore transforming housework or the walk from the car to the store into an opportunity for reflection and growth.

I want to take a quick second to thank the close friends by my side as we crossed into this new year. All roads have their challenges, and sometimes they shake us to the very core, but when you are on the path that is right for you, you allow youself to freely experience all that comes, because you know that only by giving in can you learn, heal and grow. As a good friend recently said to me:

I don’t think happiness is just one thing, but rather has a double-nature. It’s a reaction to individual life events as well as a more general way of seeing… by virtue of the way in which I carry myself, the method by which I deal with those around me, and the values I live my life by, I can withdraw to a deeper place within and charge myself with the reserve of general warmth and joy I keep there. That reserve is the only form of sustaining happiness indefinitely that I can think of. It has to be generated from within, and comes from a deep well of love that must be carefully tended by constant attention. This is what might be called by some the “life of the soul”.

Mid-January and 2011 is already shaping up to be an incredible year in surprising ways. As you know, I usually teach full day classes chock-full of information, but the feedback seems to be that bite-sized morsels of hands-on activities are better. If that’s what you want, then that is what I am going to give you!!

In Barcelona, I am offering weekly workshops on working with crystals, manadals, Kabbalah and more. For two hours, you can roll up your sleeves and actively learn a new tool for your Spiritual Toolbox. If you are not able to make it to Barcelona, I have a few goodies just for you:

Half-Price Wednesday! Every Wednesday in January (and probably February), all Empowerments are 50% off, no matter where you are in the world. DNA Activation, Energy Balancing, Purifucation and Cleansing can all be done at a distance.

This is effective for spells that prevent economic growth or stability:

Fill a small white cup (glass or plastic) half full of dirt and place it in the far corner of your bedroom. Pray that the earth absorbs any spells sent against you and leave the dirt in the corner for a week. After a week, toss the dirt out of the house through a back door or window. Wait 24 hours before washing the cup with cold water.

Repeat as needed; reserve the cup for similar purposes – do not use for drinking any more.

Spiritual Tools await us in England

There is something about England that calls to me. It seems that every time I leave, I start planning my return. After a few months away, I am excited to tell you that I will be back at the end of the month!

I have to be honest though, my original reason for coming back was completely selfish… For two weekends in a row I get to explore Bristol and Glastonbury in magickal ritual taking classes with Servants of the Light and The Template. With all the powerful changes happening in the world, it is important for me to constantly fill my Spiritual Toolbox with new tools for use on my personal and professional journey.

When I started telling people that I was coming back, I kept getting asked, “Are you going to teach?” You know me… if there is a student that wants to learn, I am going to provide the knowledge. Everything I try fails, how do I succeed?

I’ve studied and tried many techniques for abundance and prosperity, but none of them seem to work. I want to learn how to activate, develop and maintain a constant flow of prosperity. My economic situation is very scary right now and I’m afraid to do anything else for fear of it backfiring and leaving me worse off than before. What do I do to succeed?

Inspirations from Binah:

In our fast-paced world of instant gratification, we have lost our patience and the ability to monitor progress without panicking and seeing problems. The spiritual world operates at its own pace, interlacing energy in ways that take time for our human minds to comprehend. We are complex systems that interact with many individual components that must be modified in order for us to achieve our goals. What may seem like an unfortunate event counter to the abundance you seek, may be Source’s way of setting you up for something bigger. Just like the Tower card of the Tarot, it may be necessary for a structure to fall before it can be rebuilt bigger and better.

Once you begin working with a technique, lighting the spark that begins its alchemical transformation, you must continually provide energy to this system, while at the same time checking the mechanism to ensure that it is progressing through its routines.

The Etheric Dodecahedron Ritual provides an opportunity to receive feedback on the progress of your manifestation work, while at the same time alerting you to any changes that may be necessary.

To begin, you will need:

A sacred space where you can work uninterrupted
Agate crystal of any size (you can use a Dendritic Agate if you have it)
Mastic, Storax or White Sandalwood incense (note, the latter is not the same as Sandalwood or Red Sandalwood – if you can not find any of these, then use Nag Champa)
Become familiar with the shape of the Dodecahedron and Bet, the 2nd letter of the Hebrew Alphabet

Step into your sacred space and face North.
Light the incense and put it at the far North of the area
Call in your Guides, Guardians and Higher Self – thanking them for the help they will be providing
Hold the Agate crystal in your left hand, receiving its energy
Close your eyes and feel yourself drift into deep space with nothing around you
Breath rhythmically, bringing in energy and releasing worries
Before you appears a three-dimensional Dodecahedron, big enough for you to stand in, with the letter Bet on each of the 12 pentagon faces – when you are ready, step forward into this structure
Look up and see that through the pentagon above, light directly from Source is cascading down upon you – this light passes through you and into the ground as it connects you to Source, the Dodecahedron, Bet and the Earth
When you feel fully connected, ask Source to show you the progress of your current manifestation work – like television screens, each side of the Dodecahedron will come to life, showing you where you are, what needs to be done, and where you are progressing toward
Take as much time as you need as you review the work, consciously sending energy where needed and reassessing parts that are not working – Remember that your Guides and Higher Self are there to answer questions should you need clarification a. If there are corrections that need to be made, take note so that you can work on them outside of this ritual
When you are done, turn the screens off and gently let the Dodecahedron fade
Back in deep space, review in your mind all that you have seen, consciously bringing the knowledge back with you to the Earthly plane
Open your eyes and begin to record what you have learned
Thank your Guides, Guardians and Higher Self for their help and release them
Step out of the sacred space

This Ritual can be done anytime you need a checkpoint for your ongoing work. Knowing where you are and where you are going will allow you to sit back and enjoy the journey.

Lighting the Path to Practical Spirituality

There are so many incredible things coming together right now that I am literally bubbling over with joy as I type. Every day brings new manifestations and an opportunity to share the Practical Spirituality tips ‘n’ tricks I have learned on my journeys with people all over the world via my classes, empowerments and Your Spiritual Discussion consultations. I am extremely blessed and love sharing those blessings with you.

With nervous excitement I warn you that there may be a flood of information coming from Eternal Light Energy in the next month. Almost all the items on my Manifestation Altar have moved into the final Earth-Action phase at the same time and have decided to shower me with Completion Energy from every direction!

Tomorrow, I begin a 6-week teaching tour that will take me to conferences, classrooms and light centers in Miami, Calgary and Palm Beach Gardens. Every step of the way is listed on the Eternal Light Energy website, tweeted on Twitter and replicated through the social networking landscape of Facebook and Myspace. How do I get the life I want?

I had my whole life planned out, and now that I am finishing my PhD, I realize it is not the life I want. I crave stability while what I want to do is inherently unstable. How do I move forward?

Inspirations from Binah:

Expectations begin at an early age. As you discover your talents and dream about the future, you develop ideas around what “could” and “should” be your life path. And while the possibilities play out before you, it is important to remember that what you are good at is not always the road that will bring you happiness.

No matter where you are in life, there is always an opportunity for change. Having an education is an asset, so if you are still enjoying school, as you finish your degree, use this time to explore new career fields. Call upon the passionate energy of Venus to confirm what you “want” to be doing, then take it into Mercury to find the most stable way to do it. While there are times when you will have to sacrifice to accomplish your goals, if the intent is right, though the sacrifice may be difficult, it is one your heart will happily make.

Begin on a Friday. Take a rose quartz and place it over you hara chakra. Go into meditation and ask, “What career will bring me a life of joy, happiness and ease?” Let the answers tumble around you. Record the images, sensations, sounds, smells and tastes you receive. When you are done, place the rose quartz on your altar in pure water. Throughout the week, take time to ponder your notes and notice the patterns. When more clarity is needed, take the rose quartz, place it once again on your hara, and return to meditation to further develop you career ideas.

When you find a clear path you wish to take, on the following Wednesday, place a sodalite crystal on your hara. Go into meditation and ask, “What steps do I need to take in order to create this career in a way that will bring stability and abundance?” Just as before, let the answers flow through your senses. Record everything, then place the sodalite in the same water as the rose quartz. Repeat this process as necessary, reaching clarity on where to go next.

When you have both the path and steps, on the following Saturday, place an Apache Tear Obsidian on your feet and bless your journey you have begun – grounding the energy and removing any self-limitations. With the ritual complete, leave behind your old plan and embark on the new, confident that you will achieve what you desire most.
