My shadow side has made an appearance, although dark, deep and painful, there is a part of me that knows that its presented itself for healing and integration. Ive been in denial for so long about this aspect of myself. With the shadow also comes feelings of deep guilt and shame.
Can you talk to me about practical steps to forgiveness and being compassionate with ourselves.
We often hear the statement well… we have to learn to forgive ourselves and forgive others, but what does that look like in a real world practical day to day way. Is forgiveness a state of being??? or a state of doing or both… Compassion can take both forms, but yes… what about forgiveness. Please share your wisdom…

I feel extremely stuck in certain situations, especially those involving money. I have a great partner, two wonderful kids and a job I am good at but one that is definitely inadequatE, I am underpaid and undervalued. I understand much about the power of the mind but feel that there is something that I am missing. You can read all you want but if you’re not really applying not much will change. What do you suggest??
