How to create a Manifestation Altar
September 5, 2010
If you have several goals and would like to focus your energy, you can create a Manifestation Altar. If you have knowledge on how to Manifest with Kabbalah, this altar is an excellent way to visually represent the current world or level in your process. No matter what your level of knowledge, this altar is suitable for all!
Choose a shelf or area where you can keep several objects untouched. You are going to put objects that represent your goals y objects that represent the energies necessary to manifest these goals.
Start with your first goal. Choose an object to represent this goal. If you want to take a trip, you can select a photo of where you want to go; if you are looking for work, but don’t know what you want to do, you can choose objects that will represent the feelings you want your new job to invoke: appreciated, fulfilled, happy, etc.
Now decide where you are in your manifestation process. There are four basic levels:
- Fire – When you need a new idea
- Air – When you need to develop your idea
- Water – When you need to create a plan
- Earth – When you need to complete your plan
Next to the goal object, put something that represents the element of the level you need to complete. Although you can start at any level, if you are going to start after the first level, take a minute to think about whether you have completed the previous level(s) successfully or if it would be better to start at a previous level to improve the outcome.
An example, starting from the beginning:
If I want to learn how to read French fluidly, I can choose a book in French to be my object. I now have the idea (learn French), but I don’t have a clue as to how to do it, therefore I need a new idea. I am going to put a candle or picture of the sun with my book to represent the fire necessary for a new idea.
I continue with my work and one day I get an idea that I want to learn French with a private teacher instead of a group class or using software. I have completed the fire level!
The next step is to develop what kind of teacher and class I want: study at home, meet somewhere else, how many times a week, focus on grammar or conversation… I’m passing from fire to air. On my altar, I take out the fire element and put incense, a feather or something to represent air and develop my ideas on how to learn French.
Sometime later, I decide what classes I want and am ready to start looking for a teacher. I need to create a plan, moving from air to water! I change the air element on my altar to something that represents water, such as a cup or a fountain. I take my time and write out all the steps for my plan, such as places to look for a teacher, websites where teachers announce they are looking for students, recommendations from friends, etc.
When I have my plan and all that is left is for me to start looking for a teacher, take the classes and practice, I’ve moved from water to earth. Rocks, sand, crystals… I can choose whatever objects represent earth. I leave these on the altar until I realize my goal: to read French fluidly.
You can have various goals on your altar at once. The goal of the Manifestation Altar is to help you complete your projects and manifest what you desire. Each time you change from one level to the next, create an affirmation that you say out loud while you are changing the physical elements.
May all your manifestations be realized!

This is a really cool concept! I already had something like this without knowing it. An altar representing Earth and Fire energies as it turns out. I did not know structure for manifestation or that I was missing Wind and Water elements… Thank you!
Glad to hear this was able to help you find tune your altar. Fire and Earth… from Idea straight to Action. Adding some Air and Water is really going to help you make sure you have the best idea before you start acting on it. I look forward to hearing how it goes for you! Blessings!!
