I have been trying too hard I think to hold it together, and am feeling…
March 3, 2009
I have been trying too hard I think to hold it together, and am feeling very scattered and drained.
I am happily following my Hearts Desires, and working to manifest what is meaningful to me in this life. But as so often I get in my own way.
I did a meditation to work with my Higher self, and the gifts I was given in it, were Faith Trust and Love, and as abstract as they seem, I do see how they affect my sense of self when I am working in this vibration.
I am experiencing a creative explosion and love this side of myself, however, if unfocused it can just end up as waste.
I would like to bridge the gap between how I feel and my inspirations. I feel a disconnection. Like a switch hasn’t been turned on somewhere so the current is diverted.
Any intuitive insights would be appreciated.
Thanks for your time and sharing!

In the process of creation, there is no waste. Every word written, every thought expressed is a necessary step in the evolution from nothing to something. In the Kabbalah, you study creation through the four worlds. The first world is Atziluth – Idea. This is where you are when you tap into something new. A flash of inspiration… a realization that comes from directly from Source.
The next world is Briah – Thought. And this is where you currently are. Most people skip this world and head straight into the next one, Yetzirah – Plan, which ultimately leads to failure. Give yourself time to think through all that you are receiving. Allow the scattered thoughts to express themselves, for when you do, they will eventually flow together into Yetzirah to be put into a plan that will take you to the next world, Assiah – Action.
When crossing through to Yetzirah, you must cross the Abyss of Da’at. This is why you feel like there is a gap. If you are diligent in your work, you will build the bridge that will take you across. It will be difficult, but don’t give up. It is only through your will and desire that the bridge will come into existence.
A writer friend of mine once told me her secret to writing a book… just write. She said that any time she felt like she had something she needed to get out, she wrote. By the time she went back to organize her thoughts, she realized that she had already written several books. The process of editing, which is part of the Assiah world of Action, is where the pages are pieced together to form a cohesive thought.
If you feel like you are spiraling into an unfocused abyss you can’t get out of, then use your meditation to visualize the ultimate goal. See the bridge being created and where you want it to take you. Do not force your actions to take you there, but by having the goal in sight, the actions will find their own path. When you are ready, step over the bridge into Yetzirah and begin to formulate your Plan. Only you will know when it is time to take these steps. Trust yourself… have Faith that you know what you are doing… Love the process.

Very interesting article!
I have to admit that when I expierence life – I write about it! Doesn´t matter if those are just daily little ideas or great thoughts about the universe or existance. I have had diary as long as I can remember myself!
Writing is an excellent way to push through a challenge. Not only writing, but reading what your wrote. In reading our words, we see where our mind is trying to take us when we allow it to express itself without bounds.
